The NextHydro team performs complete step-by-step installation activities including hydraulic cylinder installation, hydraulic power pack installation, control panel installation, hydraulic piping between cylinders and power packs, electrical cabling between control panels, power packs, remote control panels and AMRAC systems.

We also undertake pipe flushing, pressure testing, system calibration and complete commissioning activities to ensure reliable and trouble-free system performance.

After integration with the gates, our team carries out complete functional testing of the hydraulic system in coordination with project authorities to verify operational performance, synchronization, safety interlocks and gate movement accuracy.

Upon successful testing and commissioning, we provide operational training to project personnel covering system operation, safety procedures, routine maintenance and troubleshooting before the final handover of the system to the project authorities.

Periodic Inspection and Maintenance: Hydraulic and electrical systems at hydro dams are directly exposed to atmospheric and weather conditions. We recommend servicing systems per our maintenance manuals and conducting frequent checks of hydraulic oil with our contamination checking kits to maintain pure NAS levels.

Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC): We support and undertake annual maintenance contracts for any hydraulic and electrical system manufactured and installed by any OEM, subject to necessary approvals.

Global Repair and Troubleshooting: We support systems from all manufacturers. Our dedicated service team reaches project sites within 24–48 hours across India and within a reasanoble amount oftime for international locations.
